Returns handled with care and clarity

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Elpere. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached where applicable.

Before sending any item back, you must first contact us by email to request return approval. Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, our team will provide you with the designated return address and the relevant return instructions. Please do not send returns to any address that has not been provided by our customer service team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

After the returned item has been received at the specified address and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our return review process. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, duties, and other handling charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required or stated.
