1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Elpere offers worldwide shipping. Delivery availability may vary depending on your country, local carrier coverage, customs requirements, and other shipping limitations. Final shipping options available for your destination will be shown at checkout.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Orders with a merchandise subtotal over USD 69.99 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, the standard shipping fee is USD 6.99. Please note that the final shipping charge displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within our standard business handling timeframe. During peak shopping seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or due to high order volume, processing may take a little longer than usual.
4. How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must remain in original, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached where applicable, and must meet the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
