Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elpere. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following carefully:


1. Eligibility:


You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process:


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@elpere.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

3. Refund or Exchange:


Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or issue a store credit, depending on your preference.

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly, subject to availability.

4. Return Shipping:


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items:


Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including final sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (such as earrings) for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elpere.com with photos of the damage or defect.

We will provide further instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

7. Restocking Fee:


We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for excessive returns.

8. International Returns:


International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with returning items.
